Lead a team of I&C site engineers for the execution of instrumentation work in different areas of the plant including but not limited to the following activities:‐  Study the client specification and accordingly review the project drawings & documents.  Discuss design with the concerned department ensuring all changes and modifications required to comply with the client specification.  Manpower planning & formulation of the strategies to achieve desired outcome within project deadlines.  Finalize the vendors/subcontractors supply details, scope of work and compliance as per specification.  Analyze and bring to the management’s attention any instruction to the sub‐contractors that may affect scope or work, schedule, costs and/or applicable standards and specifications.  Provide technical assistance to sub‐contractor as needed to ensure proper implementation of design.  Conduct daily site meeting to make follow up and ensure smooth co‐ ordination in order to complete the task as per the project schedule.  Organizing site calibration lab to carry out bench calibration of instruments with proper test equipment having traceability of its accuracy.  Calibration and Installation of all field Instruments and devices including process and pneumatic tubing as per the instrument hook up drawing.  Installation of all I&C panels, junction box, instrument rack and enclosures as per the specification and manufacturer recommendation.  Cable tray & conduits installation, cable pulling, testing, termination and loop checks are carried as per the project standards.  Attending inspections with QA/QC and making rectifications to meet project standards.

Installation & Validation of scientific equipment’s like Stability Chamber, B. O. D. Incubator, Hot Air Oven, Muffel Furness, Autoclave, etc.  Panel Wiring, Fault finding and Trouble Shooting of all the equipment.  Quality check of all the equipment’s before the dispatch.
