To provide the technical solutions to vendor and to execute the site with planning Coordination with client for the smooth and safe working process Follow up & receiving completion certificate from client after completion of site projects. Solving the queries arise during project execution. Coordination with the client for the complaints & collections To monitor, identify, analyses the flaws in the project before starting Coordination with sub vendor and site contractors for resources and manpower arrangement for smooth Execution of projects. Coordination with site and shop for materials and timely supply of material to site. Continuous coordination with the production & quality team timely Maintaining the revenue trackers , site related trackers and same report to management To conduct weekly meeting to discuss the challenges faced and to review all the details To increase the customer satisfaction by timely delivering and completing the site Working closely with product teams to understand and give input into product changes relating to the Customer service department. Working on cost break ups and detailed analysis of cost To minimize the operationally losses in the sites & to save the revenue/profit
